In this branding project, Ferma Branding agency developed naming and identity for coffee shops in Volgograd. The main goal was to capture the atmosphere, emphasize the local connection and differentiate the brand from competitors.

The atmosphere of the place is imbued with aesthetics. Beautiful views of the Volga River, panoramic windows and the historic city center. All this should be reflected in the branding.
At the same time, it was important to communicate the product and differentiate the brand from competitors with similar menus (coffee, wine, breakfast and desserts).

For the naming, we were inspired by the location of the future coffee shop. It exudes freedom and lightness. The boundless expanse of the Volga, clouds disappearing behind the horizon, a breeze enveloping with freshness and coolness….
The name "Veet '' is very soft, gentle and enveloping. It is cool and summery at the same time. It seems to speak for itself — we have the smell of delicious coffee, our guests are surrounded by a feeling of lightness and freedom.
Design concept

Fresh thoughts. Fresh taste.

The central design concept is a light attitude towards life. To be awakened not by an alarm clock, but by the sun's rays; to eat not just a sandwich, but a beloved dessert. When there are many complex things, you want to fill the day with something pleasant — fresh, light, loved.
The dynamic logo is oriented diagonally upwards. The movement from left to right creates a sense of positive change and conveys an authentic atmosphere where we are moving towards something better — a better taste, a better moment, a better future. Rounded letters with playful strokes convey a feeling of cheerfulness and openness. In the search for the appropriate font, we were helped by Studio Type Type.
Corporate Assets
A freeform layout with vibrant slogans is used for the corporate assets. They seem to float in the air. The typographer's generosity creates a sense of openness and lightness. This approach reflects the creative and independent spirit of the audience and evokes the feeling of a flow of fresh ideas and thoughts.
Color Palette
​​​​​​​The design contains blue, white and gradients based on these colors. The delicate color palette supports a light mood and evokes associations with the sky.
The final design retains the ethereal, "airy" essence of the concept. It's designed from transparent, light materials in the characteristic colors.
